DiPietra Family donates farm fresh products for our Veterans

Sunday, February 05, 2017

On Sunday, Feb 5, the DiPietra Family, who reside in Upper Manhattan, but own/operate a farm in Whitehall, a community in Upstate New York’s Washington County, stopped by the 8 supported rental apartments for Veterans on Western Highway in the Hamlet of Tappan, Orangetown, Rockland County, to donate some of the farm’s fresh products for the Veterans.

I was touched as I hope you are by this act of kindness, generosity and appreciation. This family’s shared and bonding happening says many Americans have not forgotten our Veterans and what they gave to all of us at great risk. And I love to see parents introducing their children to our National legacy of brave military heroes whose sacrifices must never be overlooked or forgotten.
